This morning a dear friend shared with me a challenge she had found on pinterest. As I read through each day and its challenge, I realized this was a perfect fit. Not only will the challenge help me focus on mental wellness, recording it here on my blog will be a great reflection. Each day, Monday thru Friday, I will take on a new challenge.
